Forenew Inflation Foreskin Restoration Device
 
The Forenew Inflation Device uses air to inflate the existing foreskin. A bulb air pump delivers air into the device, inflating the skin and applying controlled tension. Over time, this expansion supports tissue growth through the process of skin expansion.
 
A dual skin gripper provides secure skin retention, while a one-way valve helps minimise air loss during use. The device may also be used with an optional 80 g weighted collar to provide additional downward tension if required.
 
The device primarily operates using the direct inflation method.

This device is generally more suited to restorers who have already made some progress and developed sufficient slack skin. It should not typically be considered as an initial restoration device.
